My favorite subjects in high school and college have always been mathematical courses: math, physics, chemistry, etc. Eventually, I'd understand the material covered in class very well, but I've always had trouble keeping up with my teacher/professor; because, although I'm conscientious, I'm a relatively slow learner. ViewMath is my attempt to explain math (so far only single-variable calculus) in a very slow, simple manner for people who might be great math students but just can't absorb an entire chapter's worth of math in 50 minutes. In terms of who did what, I put together a curriculum and prepared the lectures, and my dad designed the website, which I think we can all agree on looks fantastic! |
