eBook Returns
We offer a full refund for eBooks if contacted within 24 hours of purchase. This refund is available if there is a genuine quality issue with the product. Please reach out to us through our contact form with details of the issue, and we will process the refund as quickly as possible.
Printed Book Returns
For printed books, we provide a partial refund of 50% if the book is returned to us due to a quality issue. The book must be returned in its original condition, and the shipping costs for returning the book are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the book and verify the issue, we will process the partial refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your request or returned printed book, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
