About the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP)

Every year during March–May, Iowa students sit for the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) — a comprehensive math assessment aligned to the Iowa Core Mathematics Standards (Iowa Core).

For the grade 3 math portion, the ISASP includes questions on multiplication & division, place value & computation, fractions, time, mass & volume, plus additional topics. Expect multiple-choice, short-answer, and performance-based question types.
