About the Missouri Assessment Program (MAP)
The Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) is the official math assessment for Missouri students. Administered April–May, it evaluates student mastery of the skills and concepts outlined in the Missouri Learning Standards: Mathematics (MLS).
The grade 3 math section of the MAP covers multiplication & division, place value & computation, fractions, time, mass & volume, plus additional subjects. The exam features multiple-choice, short-answer, and performance-style questions.
