ViewMath sells digital products — primarily downloadable eBooks including study guides, practice tests, workbooks, and formula sheets. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, they are considered fully delivered at the moment of download.

  • Technical or system error — You were charged but did not receive the download link, or the system failed to deliver the product correctly.
  • Corrupt or unreadable file — The downloaded file is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • Duplicate purchase — You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Because digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded, refunds are generally not available in these cases:
