Shipping and delivery
ViewMath offers instant digital resources and may also offer selected printed books. The product page and order summary always identify which format you are buying.
Digital PDF delivery
Digital products have no shipping charge or delivery wait. Complete checkout, then download the PDF from the confirmation page. The same file remains available through the order email and My Account → Downloads. A payment provider may occasionally hold an order for review; access begins after payment confirmation.
Printed and physical books
When a physical book is available, its product page identifies it as printed or physical. Available destinations, shipping service, cost and estimated delivery are shown at checkout before payment. Please check the delivery address carefully. Tracking is provided when the selected carrier supports it.
If a physical book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@viewmath.com with the order number and a description of the issue. For change-of-mind and other returns, see the Refund Policy.
If a digital email or download is missing
- Check spam, promotions and filtered folders for the ViewMath order email.
- Sign in with the same email address used at checkout and open My Account → Downloads.
- Make sure the browser allows downloads from viewmath.com.
- Email info@viewmath.com with the order number if the file is missing or damaged.
Licence reminder
Delivery of a digital or printed book does not transfer its copyright. Use and copying are governed by the licence shown on the product and the Terms & Conditions.
