Terms for using ViewMath
These terms apply when you visit ViewMath, create an account, use the Learning Hub or purchase a resource. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website.
Digital products and delivery
Product descriptions, previews, prices and licence information form part of the purchase information. Paid digital resources are delivered electronically after checkout through the confirmation page, order email and My Account. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
Your licence
A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for personal learning or the number of learners stated in the product licence. A single-classroom licence may be used by the purchaser with one classroom. Files may not be resold, publicly posted, shared across unlicensed classrooms or organisations, uploaded to a public drive, or used to train an automated system. Email info@viewmath.com for wider school or team licensing.
Accounts and learning records
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, keeping account credentials private and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. ViewMath may store order history, download permissions, saved scores and learning progress so that you can return to them. Purchases and account creation for a child should be completed or authorised by a parent, guardian, teacher or school.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use ViewMath in a way that harms learners, other customers or the service.
Educational and test-preparation notice
ViewMath resources support teaching, practice and independent learning but do not guarantee a particular score, grade, admission decision, certification or other outcome. References to exams and standards are descriptive. ViewMath is not endorsed by the owners of third-party tests or trademarks unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Prices, payments and refunds
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by the available payment provider. Taxes, when legally required, are calculated at checkout. Refund and return requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, improve resources, update features or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance or security. We will not knowingly remove a purchased download without a legitimate legal, security or refund reason.
