About the Oregon Statewide Assessment System — Grade 11 Math (OSAS)

During March–June, Oregon students sit for the Oregon Statewide Assessment System — Grade 11 Math (OSAS) — a comprehensive Algebra 1 assessment aligned to the Oregon Mathematics Standards (OR Standards).

The Algebra 1 OSAS tests students on foundations of algebra, linear equations & inequalities, introduction to functions, linear functions & graphing, systems of equations & inequalities, and more. Questions include multiple-choice, short-answer, and sometimes performance-based items.

Each practice test is modeled after the actual OSAS — same topics, same types of questions, and the same level of challenge.
